Workshops

Thriving While Unemployed

Thursday, February 25th

9:30 am – 11:30 am

Greenburgh Town Hall – 117 Hillside Avenue, Greenburgh, NY

Being out of work can be a very scary thing.  It can also be a great opportunity to stop and look at your work life:  where you’ve been, and where you want to go.

In this workshop you will:

  • Get clarity on what it is you really want for your life and learn how to go about finding the work that will support that.
  • Learn how to stay grounded, focused, and joyful during the process of job-hunting.
  • Learn how to take care of yourself emotionally while unemployed.
  • Learn the technique for going after the right opportunities so that you don’t waste time with the wrong ones.
  • Move out of fear and uncertainty into empowerment.

This is a FREE workshop offered through the Women-Helping-Women program at Westchester Jewish Services.

If you are a woman who is unemployed and lives in Westchester you can register for the workshop by calling Lenore Rosenbaum at 914-761-0600 x308
