Of all the things that I do as a life coach, working with women on their food and body issues is the closest thing to my heart.

I spent many, many years being tormented by food and on diets, hating my body, and being unavailable for life because I thought I was too fat.  I know I’ll never get those years back but I can help other women to break out of that cycle.

Food as a non-issue

Imagine never having to go on another diet again.  You eat what you want and stay within your target weight.  You feel good, light and energized.  You have time and energy for so many other things because you’re not using all your energy to police yourself and not break your diet.

This workshop is not a weight-loss program, it is a system of self-care.

It takes a lifetime to build our eating habits.  Changing these dynamics takes time, patience and a willingness to do things differently.
